Participant Registration
We encourage all participants to pre-register. On-line registration will remain open
through Sunday, April 19th. Registration after April 19th will only be accepted on-site.
Participant Registration fees include:
- Participation in all conference sessions
- Conference materials including handouts, schedules, program and registration packets
- Opening Reception on Sunday, April 26
- Contintental breakfasts on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28
- Catered lunches on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28
- An afternoon refreshment break on Monday, April 27
Pre-conference Training fees include:

Vendor Registration
All vendors must pre-register no later than March 1, 2009.
Vendor Registration Fees include:
- 8' draped table
- Two chairs
- Tent card sign identifying the vendor
- Electrical connection
- Wireless Internet access
- Two (2) tickets for Opening Reception
Note: Before completing registration, vendors should have
contacted Vendor Chair Jeff Glatstein to
communicate intent to participate and discuss policies of the Vendor Pavilion.
How to Pay
Credit card: Register on-line and select credit card (Master Card, Visa,
American Express or Discover). Note: this is a secure server.
Check: Register on-line and select 'pay by fax or mail'. Fax a copy of the payment form to: (812) 855-8077.

NOTE: Payment of registration fees is required prior to program
attendance. Registration will be processed when payment is received.
Cancellation of Registration:
Prior to April 1, 2009: Refund less $20 administrative fee. You may elect to substitute another person.
After April 1, 2009: Registration fees will not be refunded, but you may elect to substitute another person.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to the Conference Registrar at
iuconfs@indiana.edu.
